Brief:
Help the growing population of allergy sufferers enjoy spontaneous social experiences. Create a solution that allows them to eat out comfortably, confidently and hassle free by filtering restaurant menus based on allergy needs.
Challenge:
Position Nosh as a fresh, relatable brand who aims to reduce embarrassment in students with food allergies aged 16-24 when eating out. Create a vibrant brand with a positive and youthful tone of voice that still came across as trusted and reliable.
Role:
University project centred around service design practices where I wrote my own brief based on personal struggles. I conducted user research and testing, before creating brand, app and marketing campaign.
Outcome:
A modern yet trusted and professional brand that breaks the boundaries when eating out with an allergy.
